These Terms
Fundenpaws Dog Park (“Fundenpaws”) is a private dog park facility available for hire for users to train or exercise their dogs in a safe and controlled environment.
These terms are the terms and conditions on which Fundenpaws Dog Park is available for hire by our customers. Please read these terms carefully before you make a booking with us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide our services to you, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.
Our Contract with you
When you make a booking with us via our booking system or any other means, we’re entering into an agreement. This contract is subject to these terms and conditions, and because we may update them or change them at any point in time, we ask you to agree to them each time you make a booking.
The basics of our contract with you
Booking for Fundenpaws Dog Park can be made online by following the booking process on our website, or via email.
We take payment at the time of booking, and until payment has been made, your booking is not confirmed. Once payment has been successfully transferred, you will receive an email confirming your booking and providing the relevant details to access the park, at this point, a contract will come into existence between you and us.
Your booking is for a specific time slot on a specified day – you are only permitted to utilise the facility during these specified parameters.
Bookings are not transferrable to any other person except with our prior permission.
Charges and Payments for your bookings
The hire charges are displayed on our website, and available to you before booking. The hire charges are correct at the time of booking. We may update these from time to time.
The payment for your bookings will be made via a third-party payment process using your credit or debit card.
Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before your booking time and receive a refund.
You can manage or cancel your booking through your account.
Refunds will not be issued if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at any time. There may be circumstances when we may need to close the field – this may be due to severe weather warnings; hazardous conditions in the field, or to resolve immediate maintenance issues. In this instance, we will contact you directly and offer an alternative date or a refund.
Your use of Fundenpaws Dog Park
Fundenpaws Dog Park is available for hire by our customers so they can train or exercise their dogs within the confines of our secure Dog Park. Any use of Fundenpaws Dog Park other than the permitted purpose is prohibited without our express prior permission. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the suitability of the Park for their own needs before booking.
Your Obligations
The following section details what we expect from you as our customer when using Fundenpaws Dog Park, these obligations are designed to ensure the safety of you; your dog/s; other users of the facilities; and anyone that may be affected by your use of Fundenpaws Dog Park.
Owners should ensure that Fundenpaws Dog Park is secure and suitable for their dogs before letting dogs off their leads. If your dog can jump 2 meters, Fundenpaws Dog Park is not suitable for you.
We allow a maximum of 6 dogs for each bookable slot.
Dogs using the field must be healthy show no signs of sickness, and be up to date with current recommended vaccines, flea, tick, and worming treatments.
Dogs using the field must be microchipped and have suitable means of identification on their collar.
XL Bully Dog are permitted to use Fundenpaws Dog Park when complying to the following conditions:

Owners must email their exemptions to info@fundenpaws.co.uk prior to booking.

XL Bullies must remain on a lead and muzzled until inside the park and the gate is securely closed and locked.

Bookings for XL Bullies should be a single household only, with a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 1 dog.

Adhere to your scheduled appointment time, arriving and leaving promptly to ensure no cross over with other customers.
You must arrive and depart at the times stated in your booking, do not enter the dog park until the previous customer has safely departed.
Gates must be closed before unloading and loading dogs into vehicles.
Dogs within the car parking area must be on a lead.
Dogs must be supervised at all times when using the park.
Heavy or hard handling of dogs is not permitted – this includes both verbal and physical treatment.
Owners are responsible for picking up their dog’s waste. Dog Poo Bins are provided on-site for this reason.
Fundenpaws Dog Park is set in a scenic countryside setting, please keep noise and dog barking to a minimum.
Customers should leave the Dog Park as they find it, this includes taking general waste home with you after your booking.
No open fires are allowed and the use of portable and/or disposable BBQs is prohibited.
Owners should bring water for their dogs, there is no running water on site.
Smoking or vaping in Fundenpaws Dog Park is not permitted.
Dogs must never be left unattended in the field.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
The dog agility equipment is for dog use only and strictly prohibited for human use. Dogs must be supervised at all times when using the agility equipment. Owners must assess the suitability of the equipment before allowing dogs to exercise.
We strongly advise users of Fundenpaws Dog Park to insure their dog(s) to cover their period of hire for all circumstances including third-party liability.
Please be aware that Fundenpaws Dog Park is on a working farm and equestrian yard. Though the Park is just for dogs there may be horses or farm machinery moving past the field.

The integrity of the secure fencing is checked daily, should for any reason you notice a breach in this fencing, leave immediately and contact us at 07444377591 we will reschedule or refund your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel and/or terminate any agreements for hire with immediate effect should we deem any customer to not follow any of the above obligations. Repeat offenders will be permanently blocked from booking Fundenpaws Dog Park.
Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damages caused as a result of any negligence or lack of consideration for duty of care to you whilst you are using the Dog Park.
We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not caused by a contractor or employee of the Dog Park.
We do not exclude or limit our liabilities to you where it is unlawful to do so. If we are negligent, fraudulent, misrepresent our services, breach your legal rights in relation to the supply of our services, or fail to supply those services with reasonable care, we can be held liable for any death or injury caused as a result.
If you are using the dog field for business purposes, we accept no responsibility for any business losses and you are offered the same legal protection as domestic users. This includes loss of business, interruption, loss of business property, and any profit.
Our insurance provider is Pet Business Insurance – please contact us via email to request a copy of our liability insurance should you wish to see it.
How We May Use Your Personal Information
We securely store your name, mobile number, and email address so that we can communicate with you about your booking.
If you have agreed to receive emails from us other than those that relate directly to your booking, you may occasionally receive an email from us. You can change your communication preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
